I got this link from our adoption agency's yahoo group. It's an article on chef Marcus Samuelson, who was adopted from Ethiopia. I encourage you all to take a minute to read it. Does that name sound familiar to you? It should, he's a celebrity chef. He recently did the State Dinner at the WHITE HOUSE!! Not only that, but he's also got a restaurant right here in town (Chicago), the C-House.
