Yesterday we read, signed and mailed in our AWAA Agreement, Grievance Procedure, and the Client's Rights and Responsibilities forms!! Oh yah, along with our first check, for the Initial Program Fee (gulp)!! There's NO TURNING BACK NOW!!!! (not that we'd want to!)
