I meant to blog about this on Friday, but we were preparing for my little sister's surprise party (HAPPY GOLDEN BIRTHDAY AGAIN JULES!) and i never got around to it.
There were FIVE (5!) adoption referrals last week (in just TWO DAYS!)!!!
To keep you all up to speed… here’s where we are on the list:
#20 for an infant boy (we had been at 24)
#17 for siblings (we had been at 18)
#4 for a boy over 1yrs (we had been at 5)
Granted it could still take a few months…. Or it could be sooner. Love international adoption ~ so unpredictable. HA HA!
Although…. a family who got a referral on Friday (for a 7 week old boy!) was #2 on their list, so who knows!?
And Megan (who shares a DTE date with us) got a call with a referral for a “beautiful healthy little 4 year old girl” (and she was at #3 on the list!).
LOL!! Can’t help but get excited here!

Just read your previous update and just wanted to say that you are an incredible writer Jody! Seriously, I bet you put a lot of people's emotions into words with that post. So glad you're able see every side on the whole adoption process-- the future little Boz(S!) will appreciate that. love you guys, praying for ya!

Isn't the movement EXCITING! God is stirring amidst the AWAA adoption world, that's for sure! Yay! Hope you see the face of your babe(s) very very SOON! :)
